What areas does V&D Executive Protection serve?
V&D is based in Miami, Florida and covers all of South Florida, including Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, and the surrounding counties. We also operate nationwide and internationally — our teams have coordinated protection across the United States, South America, Europe, the Caribbean, Canada, and the Middle East including Dubai.
Are your agents licensed and insured?
Yes. V&D holds Florida Class "A" Agency License #350027 and Class "B" License #3400089, and carries full insurance. Every agent is individually licensed and screened, and armed officers hold a Florida Class G license.
Can I hire armed protection?
Yes. We provide both armed and unarmed personnel, and we match the posture to the assignment rather than defaulting to one. Armed protection is available for executive details, residential security, retail and commercial sites, and secure transportation.
How much does executive protection cost?
Pricing depends on the number of agents, the length of the assignment, the risk profile, whether protection is armed or unarmed, and whether transportation or advance work is included. How far in advance do I need to book?
For planned assignments — events, travel, ongoing residential coverage — more notice means better advance work, and we recommend as much lead time as you can give. That said, we are available 24/7 and regularly handle urgent and same-day requests. If you need protection now, call 954-310-2590.
Do you provide security for private events and concerts?
Yes. We scale from a single agent at a private gathering to 50 or more personnel for a large-scale production, covering access control, credentialing, crowd management, VIP protection, and coordination with venue security and local law enforcement. K9 units are available on request.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is standard on every engagement, and Non-Disclosure Agreements are part of how we work. Our personnel are held to strict standards of professionalism, conduct, and privacy — we do not discuss clients, movements, or assignments.
What training do your agents have?
Our personnel come from backgrounds in executive protection, military operations, law enforcement, emergency response, and tactical operations. Training includes Close Quarters Battle (CQB), Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC/TCCC), EMT and emergency medical response, EVOC and VOP/VDI protective driving, and CPR/AED.
